The Center for Life Beyond Reed (CLBR) seeks an Administrative Coordinator to welcome students and alumni who are seeking career support from Reed. The Administrative Coordinator supports the data entry, project, event, website, and online calendar needs of the team, as well as serving as a liaison with the Business Office regarding expenses and disbursements. This is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) position working approximately 19 hours per week with pay of $20.00/hour. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Front desk reception and resource guidance for students and alumni
  • Event support: room reservations, catering orders, materials coordination (formatting, collating, printing), attendance support, Localist and website publication of events
  • CLBR voicemail and email response and action
  • Expense and receipt reconciliation for team
  • Banner data entry
  • Disbursement forms for all awards and fellowships.
  • Reports and data analysis
  • Research and outreach to alumni
  • Job and internship posting in Reed’s job posting platform

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two years of college, vocational training, or equivalent experience or any combination of experience, training and education that allows you to perform the duties of this position
  • Experience in an administrative role or another support role 
  • Experience and/or ability with computers and technology for basic business functionality
  • Experience with social media platforms a plus
