Reporting and Systems Analyst

The Reporting and Systems Analyst supports the Advancement division’s reporting needs to ensure access to critical and accurate data is met in a timely manner. This position provides analytical assessments of processes and promotes a data-informed culture, training the division on systems and databases to enhance decision-making, productivity, and efficiency. This is an in-person, on campus position that reports to the Director of College Relations Operations and Information Systems.

This is a full-time, exempt role with typical work hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one hour unpaid lunch. Salary for this position is $69,000 to 75,000. Pay offers are dependent on experience and are determined in conjunction with an internal pay equity assessment. This is an exempt position on a grade 06.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as Salesforce database administrator and technology knowledge source
  • Manage software and database projects
  • Manage technology maintenance, testing, updates, and implementations
  • Serve as a member of any team investigating the further implementation of existing or new technology tools
  • Ensure data integrity by developing and performing regular data audits
  • Perform data retrieval, analysis, and interpretation
  • Provide training and create documentation for technology tools
  • Provide departmental technical support and training on department-related tools and resources

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in data and systems analysis
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred but not required
