The Assistant Registrar conducts the daily operations of the Registrar’s Office, supports the strategic initiatives of the department and division, and contributes to the College’s mission by providing oversight of their specific areas of responsibility. This position provides dependable, customer-focused frontline support while promoting streamlined processes and efficient systems. The role ensures accuracy, integrity, and security of academic records and data, and delivers responsive, quality service to the College community. This role reports to the Registrar of the College . This is not a remote position.

The starting pay for this position is $25-$28/hour. Pay offers are contingent upon experience and are determined through an internal pay assessment. This is an overtime eligible position in grade 6.

What You’ll Do
- Responsible for the following focus areas: transfer credit and grading,
- Regularly collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to support operations and service delivery
- Provide general office support, frontline service, and coverage
- Enforce College policy and ensure compliance with FERPA and other applicable regulations
- Serve on institutional committees as assigned
- Manage assigned departmental projects
- Contribute to the department's strategic planning
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of experience in a Registrar's Office or a related academic services office within a higher education setting
