This position leads short-term and long-term, internal and external, and fast-paced production processes for admission projects, operations, marketing, and financial aid for creative, technical, and professional projects that bolster Reed’s enrollment and financial aid programs. As the Manager of Enrollment Initiatives and Projects, this position is vital in keeping the entire Enrollment Division on track to meet deadlines and working collaboratively across teams within the division, the college, and with external stakeholders, managing office logistics, and fiduciary obligations. This role reports to the VP/Dean of Admission and Financial Aid. This is not a remote position.

The starting salary for this position is $61,000-$69,000. Pay offers are contingent upon experience and are determined through an internal pay assessment. This is an exempt position on grade 6.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as project management lead for admission, financial aid, creative, editorial, and web initiatives using Asana, Slate, and industry best practices.
- Manage intake meetings, translate briefs into project plans, schedule resources, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Play a critical role in department budget oversight.
- Create workback schedules and manage production timelines for communications, reports, video, events, committees, and recurring activities.
- Develop and maintain intake materials and documentation for recruiting, operations, marketing, events, and financial aid.
- Develop annual, monthly, and quarterly reports for constituents.
- Oversee content delivery timelines for Slate, websites, vendors, and partners.
- Guide internal teams on production processes to keep projects on time and aligned.
- Define project goals with leadership and cross-campus partners.
- Track project requests and consolidate stakeholder feedback.
- Lead content production across print, email, digital, video, events, annual reporting, constituent updates, and social media.
- Manage the admission budget: forecast expenses, process payments, oversee contracts, maintain compliance, and advise leadership.
- Coordinate vendor contracts, timelines, and feedback, especially for video production.
- Oversee office logistics, calendars, inboxes, equipment, and workflows.
- Document and maintain processes, training, team-building, and professional development.
- Lead and assess new initiatives, evaluating capacity and strategic impact.
- Develop training resources and an annual calendar to support project management practices.
- Lead and launch new projects and initiatives as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of work experience in project management or an industry that requires planning, lesson planning, coordination, and execution
